Last night I hosted a fun, summer-themed Stella and Dot party with my friend Stacy, who is a stylist with the company. She brought over her favorite pieces from the collections and we sipped pink champagne as we shopped. Can I shop this way all the time?? The decor inspiration was the classic and welcoming pineapple, a symbol for hospitality, which is a huge trend in decor of all kinds right now. The navy blue brought an unexpected flair to the hot pink and worked perfectly with the metallic gold carried through every piece of the decor.  I had so much fun bringing it all together to create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for my friends. The fringe banner-style backdrop with themed colors created an interesting and memorable tablescape. The metallic gold balloon letters added a touch of whimsy and fun to the food table. We kept the food for the event pretty simple and stuck to small desserts, fruit, and caramel popcorn in bags that matched the theme. Since the focus of the event was the gorgeous Stella and Dot jewelry, easy-to-hold options were a necessity as guests tried on jewelry and flipped through catalogs. Pink champagne cupcakes and pink champagne cocktails provided by the one and only Society Bakery, brought the theme full circle, highlighted by gold accents. This party was so much fun for me to host, create and try out some new decor ideas I’d been dying to try! If you want to check out Stella and Dot, here’s the link to shop the party  to see all the gorgeous jewelry!
